Hallo,

ich möchte nun auch versuchen den Haarausfall auf natürlichem Wege zu begegnen und habe mich dazu entschieden ein neues Regimen nach der Anleitung von "ImmortalHair" aufzubauen. http://www.freewebs.com/immortalhair/mycurrentregimen.htm

Grob gesagt geht es um Folgendes:

-Green Tea Extract Green with at least 400 milligrams total of Catechins

-1000 milligrams three times daily Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALC)*

-100 milligrams per meal R-Lipoic Acid (K-RALA)*

-8 Cod Liver Oil Capsules per day (Source of Essential fatty acids & Vitamin D) Source

-500 milligrams of Nettle Root three times daily Source

-5,000 (5 milligrams) of Biotin (essential if Lipoic Acid is used) Source

* Acetyl L-Carnitine & Alpha Lipoic Acid can be found in a single capsule. Source
Instead of using K-RALA or R-Lipoic Acid, just use regular Alpha Lipoic Acid that is
found paired with ALC in one single capsule, normally 500/200 milligrams respectively.
The ALC/ALA combo works like this: Take two ALC/ALA capsules with each meal.
If you eat three meals, that will give you 3 grams of Acetyl L-Carnitine and 1.2 grams
of Alpha Lipoic Acid per day. If you take ALA make sure to take 5,000 mcg of Biotin
everyday.

Acetyl-L-Carnitin habe ich schon gefunden, Biotin ist natürlich auch kein Problem. Aber bei dem Rest weiss ich einfach nicht, wo ich das herbekommen könnte. Gibt es denn keinen deutschen Internethandel der etwas speziellere Wünsche erfüllen kann? Vielleicht gibt es ja einen Händer (ebay?) oder sonstwer, der die Dinge irgendwie besorgen könnte. Wäre für jede Hilfe dankbar.
